Tree Planting Season
This is the time of year to get your trees and plants in, we are coming to the end of the planting season, so make sure your plants are all installed by early April.
When digging a hole for a tree, make sure the hole is big enough to accomodate the bare root or root ball, make sure that an irrigation pipe is also inserted or wrapped around the roots, which will come out the top of the soil. This is so you can water the roots directly throughout the summer months.
Get those trees planted!
Make sure you put in some compost or tree start into the backfill of the existing soil when re-planting.
Make sure all stakes are secured to hold the tree into position, for the roots to establish throughout the year.
